As the designer and coach of my own curriculum and retreats for the last 10 years, a Certified Coach, Senior Course Leader and Trainer through PAX Programs / Alison Armstrong, Certified Equine Coach through The Koelle Institute/The Center for Equine Coaching and trained in Byron Katie's The Work, I've been both a student and leader in the realm of transformation for 30 years - beginning my own journey at age 21.
